The Custom House Docks is a multi-use development located on Dublin’s River Liffey.  The site is a mixture of active commercial and residential properties and abandoned inner docks with historical significance to Dublin’s water based commerce.  The program is comprised of high-technology based commercial properties, multi-family residential, retail, and a hotel all in four story rowhouse architecture.  Restaurants and bars surround the existing inner docks.
