With Spanish Revival architecture reminiscent of the grand homes of Florida’s celebrated Boca Raton and Palm Beach communities, this new resort recalls Florida’s “Golden Age.”  The centerpiece of the resort is a 6-story, 270,000 square foot, stylized “inn.”  Overlooking a championship golf course, ten additional 4-story buildings offer a total of 800,000 square feet of time-share condominiums which enjoy golf course views.  Amenities include a 600 square foot pool, tennis and basketball courts, a playground and a health club.  As a partner on the design team, Glover Smith Bode not only provided Architect-of-Record services, but also designed the inn floor plans, developed the site plan, and assisted in creating the massing and dramatic entry elevations of the inn.
