GSB master planned this 45 acre waterfront mixed-use development.  The development includes a 150 key hotel tower, 108 key extended stay hotel villas, 125 single family residential lots, a 30,000 sf boutique retail center, a 150 wet slip marina, a 90 dry slip boat storage, a 3,500 sf marina services center, and a 5,000 sf marina side restaurant. 
The resort is being designed with an Italian / Mediterranean architectural style.
