This building, constructed in 1907, is a part of the Guthrie Masonic Center that was built between 1920 and 1929. Since it’s construction, this historic building has served as Oklahoma’s first capitol legislative hall, an educational building, and currently a meeting facility with a grand banquet room and private members bedrooms. With help from local supporters the center is being renovated to meet the current demand for a large ballroom with breakout meeting rooms and associated support spaces. Existing “bedrooms” will be redesigned and enlarged to provide modern hotel room accommodations for Masonic members.
