The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma invited GSB to propose conceptual designs for a hotel / retail development to serve the City of Perkins.  The development includes a 100 key limited service hotel that includes lobby and dining space, 900 sf of meeting space, and an indoor swimming pool.  The development would also include multiple pad sites for retail and dining establishments.  The proposed hotel and retail buildings would be designed and constructed to achieve LEED certification by utilizing "green" building techniques and energy efficient standards.
