GSB, Inc.’s team is currently master planning this 3,000 acre resort lakefront property, to be completed in phases. GSB is developing numerous conceptual designs for a hotel, casino, resort hotel and marina village.  Resort guests and residents will also enjoy access to three golf courses, a country club, spa and tennis center, a full service marina, an elaborate resort pool complex and beach club, outdoor recreation and event areas, a lakeside amphitheater, a treetop adventure course and a comprehensive trail system. The resort will feature extensive landscaping, elaborate water features and miles of dramatic shoreline.  The resort will be served by a central service and maintenance facility including a fire station and law enforcement substation.  New infrastructure is required to support this community including wastewater treatment, lake water treatment, potable water storage and distribution and distribution of other utilities. The overall development master plan includes 1,200 hotel rooms and 1,500 condos and townhouses along with 1,500 single family home sites.
