WaterColor Beach Club

WaterColor, Florida

A shared community amenity for the residents of the new town of WaterColor, the Beach Club reflects the vernacular architecture of the Gulf Coast.  Cottage-style architecture with standing seam metal roofs, weathered wood finishes, deep overhangs, and soft warm hues create a casual atmosphere that makes this the perfect place to relax under the Florida sun.  A dramatic tower marks the entrance to this recreation complex and functions as a landmark for the town.  The 45,000 square foot club includes a restaurant, open-air bar, locker rooms, family swimming pool, children’s pool, and tiled sun deck, all located atop a parking structure.  Access to the adjacent white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico is provided via a picturesque dune crossover.
