The Carlton Landing Residence Club is a premium collection of lakeside vacation residences. Each of the 11 timeshare units, designed with a lakefront West Indies influence on local territorial architecture, features exterior balconies, painted brick walls, painted cedar columns and beams, and stained cedar siding. There are three fully furnished lakeside residence floor plans: six 3-bedroom units (1,071 sf/each), three 4-bedroom units (1,428 sf/each) and two 4-bedroom corner units (1,863 sf/each).
