With over 1.2 million square feet and 1360 guestrooms and suites, this 26-story tower defines luxury.  The project employs dramatic Mediterranean architecture with the style of Florida’s Gold Coast, accented by tile roofs, stucco facades, and arched colonnades.  This 52-acre property includes a 29,000 square foot spa, a parking structure for 1700 vehicles, luxurious restaurants and 250,000 square feet of meeting space.  As Architect-of-Record, GSB, Inc. provided functional planning and developed a conceptual design conceived by  the owner’s design team.
